If you work for a company in town you very often have to drive guests in a car. To do this you need a special permission from Sysselmesteren, the socalled "Kjøreseddel". It is valid for five years.
1. Get your certification of good conduct from your home country or Norway (depends how long you have lived in Norway).
2. Apply for the kjøreseddel at Sysselmesteren office.
